1. We stand behind our products and believe in customer satisfaction and service, so with all returns we offer free return shipping. Goods shall be returned back if the package is damaged or expired on the day the package is delivered.
  2. Replacement of goods with other items cannot be done during delivery.
  3. You can return or exchange the products which are damaged or expired within 2 days of the date of purchase subject to the following:
      1. any product being returned must be in its original packaging; and
      2. production of your proof of purchase;
  4. All exchange and refund policies for further subject to the in-store exchange and refund policies.
  5. Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Only products with clear unpacking video showing the delivery date with receipt will be accepted. Products without unpacking video or irrelevant video shall not be considered for return.
